PEPERIKSAAN RADIO AMATUR SIRI KE EMPAT TAHUN 2010

Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM) akan menganjurkan Peperiksaan Radio Amatur (RAE) siri ke empat bagi tahun 2010 sebagai memenuhi kehendak Peraturan 26(2), Peraturan-Peraturan Komunikasi dan Multimedia (Standard Teknik) 2000, pada tarikh dan waktu seperti berikut.

Tarikh/Masa Peperiksaan:  22 Disember 2010 / Jam 2:00 Petang
Tempat Peperiksaan:  Wilayah Utara, Tengah, Timur, Selatan, Sabah dan Sarawak
Tarikh permohonan dibuka:  11 Okt 2010
Tarikh Tutup permohonan:  29 Okt 2010, Jam 5:00 ptg

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) will be holding the fourth series of the Radio Amateur Examination (RAE) for 2010, pursuant to Regulation 26(2) of the Communications and Multimedia (Technical Standards) Regulations 2000 at the following locations and date.

Examination time and date:  2:00 p.m., 22 December 2010.
Examination venues:  Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Regions and Sabah and Sarawak
Application submissions open:  11 October 2010
Application submissions close:  5:00 p.m., 29 October 2010

The Amateur's CODE

The Amateur's Code was originally written by Paul M. Segal, W9EEA from the United States in 1928. Since then it has become, for many amateur radio operators, their goal for conduct both on and off the air.




CONSIDERATE... never knowingly operates in such a way as to lessen the pleasure of others.

LOYAL... he offers loyalty, encouragement and support to fellow amateurs, local clubs, and National Society through which Amateur Radio is represented to the Government, the International Amateur Radio Union and the International Telecommunication Union.

PROGRESSIVE... with knowledge abreast of science, well-built and efficient station and operation above reproach.

FRIENDLY... slow and patient operationg when requested; friendly advice and counsel to the beginner, kindly assistance, cooperation and consideration for the interests of others. These are the hallmarks of the amateur spirit.

BALANCED... Radio is a hobby never interfering with duties owed to his family, job, school or community.

PATRIOTIC... station and skill always ready for the service to country and community.
